1. Scope

These terms apply to browsing, registering and purchasing on the 香港好神 GOODGODS online store ("the Store"). Using the Store means you accept them.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address or mobile number to create an account and keep your verification codes and password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Products, prices and pre-orders

Product details and prices are as shown at the time of ordering and may change with supplier pricing. Arrival dates for any pre-order items are estimates and may move with supplier delays; deposits paid are non-refundable unless the Store cannot supply the item.

4. Orders and payment

An order is formed when the Store confirms it and payment is received. The Store may cancel an order for stock, pricing errors or other reasonable grounds, refunding any amount paid in full.

5. Delivery and pickup

Delivery options, fees and pickup locations are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the goods are received.

6. Returns

Opened, used or limited-edition items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as ordered. Contact us within seven days of receipt if there is a problem.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss; its liability is capped at the amount paid for the order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
